We want to share with you our thoughts on business projections, cash management, small business, entrepreneurship, finance, startups, and business planning.

Let me tell you about someone I met more than four years ago when I spoke at a SCORE finance seminar. At the time she was a new entrepreneur with an unusually strong interest in understanding the numbers of her business. It's usually a shoulder shrug followed by, "I just go with my gut." You're clients have too much riding on their businesses to just go with their gut! Of course, most small... [continue reading]
