ProjectionSmart January 18 Workshop on Business Planning

If you are considering starting your own business, please join Bob and me on Saturday, January 18, 2020 for our next workshop, called “The ProjectionSmart Proof Plan.”  We are once again holding this workshop through the Minneapolis office of SCORE (Service Corp of Retired Executives).

Statistics show that the best way to help your new business succeed is to plan! Businesses that have a plan succeed far more often than those that start without a solid business and financial plan. We’ll show you the simplest way to develop the plan to help your startup succeed.

Here’s what the workshop includes:

The Proof Plan – You don’t need a business plan – you need a Proof PlanTM! The Proof Plan is the simplest way to plan your business. The Proof Plan was developed from Bob’s experience doing over 300 investor presentations, through which he learned what investors really care about. He created the Proof Plan to focus on those 3 key areas: money, customers, and your team.

ProjectionSmart Startup – Don’t be afraid of your numbers! Startup is the simplest way to do a 24-month financial model of your new business concept to see if it makes sense financially. Startup will help you understand whether your pricing will return a profit, whether your business will be able to pay you what you need to earn, and how much cash you’ll need to get started. And it was created to be used by the entrepreneur without a finance or accounting background.
